My payment method cannot be used in the apple or iTunes Store even though I already changed my card to a new one with the same card number but different expiration date and PIN

Ok, so right after I mistakenly didn’t recognize some apple billing payment transactions on my bank account, I made a mistake by a complaint to my bank that I did not recognized the transactions being made. Therefore my bank refunded back a specific amount that I requested for, and now I feel like apple removed or banned my card from the apple/iTunes store. It says “update payment method “, but when i do, it says “This payment method cannot be used in the iTunes store”.. Now I am strongly asking for help, I know I made a mistake, but however it takes to fix this issue, like if I am going to pay it back in order to fix it, I would do it.. Please help, thank you

It is likely that, if Apple tries to charge your payment method your financial institution refuses to pay.

As you have disputed a charge from Apple:

Seems you may need to authorise your bank to allow your payments to Apple to proceed again.

Apple support has an article online that may help you pay the outstanding amount.

Find out how to pay an unpaid order.

You may need to allow 24 hours for any updates you make to come into effect.
