iPhone mic issue when using speakerphone

Callers can’t hear me properly when my speaker is om during calls, or they hear me with a delay of 1 second or more. I reached out here and luckily saw many people commenting on the thing, hoping these should reach the tech team and apple fix this thing in their next update soon. Can’t see an iPhone with these low standards or kindergarten issues.
