Wireless charging

So I was trying to get my boyfriend a wireless charger because his charging port is messed up and until he can get a new phone he has an IPhone 11 and I’m confused, do I need to get him a MagSafe case or will it be fine without one?

iPhone 15 Pro Max & MagSafe Charging Just purchased the iPhone 15 pro max. Searching for a good quality case. As I’m on the go quite a lot, I also need to buy a wireless magsafe mount for my car. Question I need clarification on: do I need to buy a case with a magsafe ring attached? Or can I just buy a case without the MagSafe ring and will it mount through the case?

iphone 11 do not support magsafe

but it does support wireless charging
