Ads go full-screen and pause background videos on iPhone

I'm experiencing two issues related to ads on my iPhone, and I'd appreciate some guidance. Firstly, when I open a webpage in Safari containing a video ad, it automatically goes full-screen, and I'd like to disable this behavior.

Additionally, while using YouTube Premium to listen to videos in the background, the video pauses whenever an ad—whether in video or animated format—appears. It's quite inconvenient, and I'm seeking a solution to address these concerns.
