iCloud won't accept my payment card

I received a notification from the software to update to in payments. however, when I enter my information from the card, it is rejected and everything is written correctly. I even changed the card in my bank, but again it won't. I would like to ask you to fix this problem and update my icloud payment for extra memory. I thank you in advance for your reply and I hope that you will solve my problem with your services as soon as possible.
