Apple Cash Infinite Loop charge

I cannot find the charge in my apple history. So. Where do I go from here?

"Infinite Loop" has not been Apple's HQ official address in several years. That alone suggests "scam."


As long as your viewed your history with all family Apple ID accounts selected:



that also says "scammed."


If the was the case Apple cannot fix this. Someone has gained access to your card or account number and is pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.


Only your credit card issuer or bank can fix this. When we got charges like this, out card issue isserd my wife a new account number to replace the compromised one.


Another senior contributor here posted this outside article describing the scan. The "Apple" part on the statement varies, using the street addrsm "Cupertino" or a phone number.
