Is 16GB enough memory on M2 MacMini(Pro) for large Logic projects?

I'm about ready to get my first Apple Silicon computer and wondering if I could get some feedback if you have memory issues with 16GB. I am thinking either Mac mini or pro. I would get 512 storage on either one. And I know the M series have shared memory, so 16GB should be much more efficient than the 16GB on my 2017 MacBook Pro. Going up to 32GB on a pro is crazy expensive. So I might have to go with an M2mini with 24GB/512GB. And i've used 24GB on an older iMac without ever running into memory problems. I'm not doing 4k videos or other high memory projects.

The other option is a used/refurbished Mac Studio M1 w/32GB on Ebay. The prices are about the same as a new mac mini with 24GB.

Thoughts?
