How to change personal information on Apple ID?

My address information is incorrect and will not let me add a credit card. Since the address does not match it will claim that it is fraudulent. i need help changing my personal information.

On my apple account the name on my credit card is correct everything else is wrong. I do not live on vine street. I need that to change
