My work is requiring MacOS 12 or higher. I have a MacBookPro mid-2014 model, using BigSur OS currently. Is there any way to upgrade to MacOS 12?

Sorry, my friend. Sonoma requires a 2018 or newer MacBook Pro.

There is nothing to do with a 2014 model.
Maybe you do not actually have to upgrade the macOS.
Is it possible you can simply use a newer, different web browser for your work tasks?
If you are having trouble connecting to and using websites with your older version of Safari, try it with a newer third party browser that is still being updated to meet current internet security protocols.
I suggest you take a look at Firefox browser or Brave browser.
