Is there a way to make a gif a live wallpaper?
I've been told that it needs depth information but when I try to take Live Photos on another screen it looks like crap so I need to know if there is ANY way to make it happen with an image not from the camera thank you

This pic below is self-explanatory. This will allow you to select Live Photos for Lock Screen Wallpaper but the effect of Live Photos may not be attainable.
To use Live Photos you need to touch and hold a Live Photo but in iOS 16 and above the Touch and Hold in the Lock screen will go into customise wallpaper mode.
That does not help me with my issue, i am asking how to have an image from the internet become a Live Photo then be applied as a wallpaper because i want it to not be from the camera does that make sense?
