I cannot download games from the App Store and iTunes is disabled. How can y’all fix my phone? I cannot reset my password or reset all settings either.

Not sure of the issue, since we do not have access to your account. If you do owe money from a subscription or free trial that you did not cancel, then of course that will need to be paid before you are allowed to download more apps. Contacting the link provided will give you the resolution.
