How do I set up my hot spot

The Hotspot option is provided by your carrier.

Tap Settings > Cellular

Do you see an option for Personal Hotspot?

If not, your carrier does not provide a Hotspot option....or....if they do, it is an additional option available at additional cost. Contact your carrier for more information.

I am so sorry that you encountered a problem with setting up your hotspot, but I have some suggestions for you.

• On your iPhone, Open Settings.
• When you have opened up Settings, click on Personal Hotspot.
• You will see a switch that says "Allow Others to Join", turn it on.
• After that, if you want to connect devices to the network, you need to enter the Wi-Fi password which is under the "Allow Others to Join".
