Sort A-Z In Notes
Is there anyway to sort a list in Notes?
A-Z sort ascending/descending would be great!

You can send a feedback feature request to the iOS/iPadOS 17 Notes team. This is the only way they will know that sort is needed as Apple product teams do not participate here.
I wrote a Shortcut named List Processing that will 1) Reverse a list, 2) sort ascending, or 3) sort descending for macOS and it works well in Notes (plain text), MS Word 16.81, and Pages v13.2 on macOS Sonoma 14.3. Sort a Notes list on a Mac and it should be sorted when viewed on iOS 17.
You can install this List Processing Shortcut in macOS Shortcuts on Monterey and later via this iCloud link.
