I never received a booking confirmation for a holiday - I called and was told booking didn't exist but now lastminute.com say it does - can I prove I didn't receive the email?
I have the exact time and date the email was sent, but it's not in my inbox or junk mail. I called to ask why the booking wasn't there and was told it wasn't but the money was taken. How can I prove I didn't get the email?
