You’ll need to get a Social Security number (SSN). There are no exceptions, sorry. Some banks/credit card issuers will accept and ITIN (Individual Tax Identification Number), but Goldman Sachs does not accept that as a form of identification. It’s easy to apply for a SSN online or in person at a Social Security office.
