Multiple unrecognized charges

Hi,


I been charged 9x in last two weeks by APPLE.COM/BILL APPLE.COM/BIL IRL


thats on my bank account

but there is nothing in apple purchase history

First, when you checked your Apple history, did you use the option that shows all Family Sharing accounts?



If you did and there is still no history, then your are the victim of criminal scammers posing as Apple. It happened to us.


If that is the case, Apple cannot fix what criminals did in stealing the Apple name. Your only resort is work with your card issuer or bank for unauthorized charges.


When we went through this, our card issuer confirmed the charges were fake, forgave the debt, and issued my wife a new card number, all in about 24 hours.


Another senior contributor here posted this link to an outside article describing the scam. See if that sounds familiar. Be aware that the way the charges appear on a statement can vary. Instead of what yours showed, some show and Apple support number, CUPERTINO, iTunes, or other Apple related words.
