I have deleted my Macintosh HD of my iMac into the trash and have deleted that as well. How to reinstall all data ?

On my iMac I wanted to clean the desk screen and put everything into the trash. Unfortunately, the Macintosh HD was also deleted together with the trash.

Since the trash was deleted, how can I reinstall all my lost data/files on my Macintosh HD ?

Restore from your Time Machine backup, if you did not backup well you are in for a very painful lesson. Once you empty the Trash all your data is gone which is why backing up is so critical.
