Using iPhone 12’s Built-In-Mic AND iRig HD-X

Wondering if there is a way to use my iPhone 12 pro max built in Mic while using iRig HD-X at the same time?

I tried using AudioBus but as soon as I plug in iRig Built-In-Mic shots down. (Input BIMic, OUT:Cubasis)

Using Mic and SSD at the same time on iPhone 14 Pro Hi, I am currently trying to connect my Rode videomicro II to my iPhone 14 Pro, and my SSD at the same time through a dongle. I can't even seem to get the mic to work on its own. Just wondering if it is even possible to connect both my SSD and Mic via lightning cable/iphone 14 Pro in the first place or if that is exclusive to iPhone 15 onwards through USB C

Connecting an external microphone on iPhone XR I have tried connecting an external Apogee microphone (with 3.5 mm audio jack to lightning adaptor). I don’t hear any difference in audio recorded. is there a third party app needed to ensure the iPhone records from the external microphone source and not the internal built in mic?
