Bluetooth Headphones Disconnecting and Reconnecting on Calls

iPhone 15, with both beats studio 3 and l SoundCore life p3.

I'll be on a phone call and my Bluetooth headphones will disconnect and reconnect randomly- beats have even managed to connect when my Bluetooth is off if I've left them on.

Basically means I can't do phone calls on Bluetooth which sucks.

Tried changing call audio routing from automatic to Bluetooth headset, still causes issues.

iPhone 15, iOS 17

Have you been able to complete remove those Bluetooth devices from your iPhone and the pair them back again? If NOT, then try that to see whether that resolves the issue.

The other option, if you have the time, is to 👉 backup your iPhone on iCloud or on a computer, 👉  Return the iPhone to Factory settings and then 👉 Restore the iPhone from the previously created backup or you can set it up again as new and see whether that resolves the issue.

You can skip the above and choose this option. You have an iPhone 15 and should be still covered under Apple’s 1YR Limited Warranty (US). Take advantage of it. I recommend that you contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.
