My MacBook Pro frequently experiences freezing during video conferences, screen sharing, or screen recording sessions. Despite attempting reboots and factory resets, the problem persists. The MacBook boasts 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD, with nearly half of the storage space available. When encountering freezes, I've consulted the Activity Monitor but haven't identified any single process consuming excessive memory.
