Notes: copy website link as note

Hello,

Copying a webpage from Safari tabs (right click a tab in Safari - 1st image) in macOS and pasting it into a note, transforms the webpage into a hyperlink.

Copying the link of the webpage (click the title, then copy - 2nd image) and pasting it in a note just copies the link (3rd image).

2 years ago I have changed got an MBA (M1) and last year I got a Mac mini (M2); sometimes last year I've noticed that on the MBA, no matter how I copy the webpage, I get the link and not the hyperlink.

The same happens on iOS (I don't have a problem with that, but if there's a fix, I would also appreciate it).

Last year (in the summer I think) - for other reasons - I reset the MBA to factory settings and I have observed that the issue was present from the first moment.

All devices are logged in the same iCloud account.

Does anyone knows a fix for my situation?
