I have been having trouble keeping information, separated on my personal phone from my business phone. I believe the answer is to change the Apple ID on my business phone. I’m trying to figure out how to do that. Thank you.

You can log out if your personal Apple ID and log in with one for your business use.
The link provided by razmee above will just let you change the email address for your existing Apple ID , which is probably not what you want to do. As it will continue to be the same Apple ID, and everything would still be linked as it is now.
I accidentally set up my company’s iPhone with my personal Apple ID. How can I change it now.
