I Have been experiencing this for over a year now my Apple Books only shows my library I can’t sign in can’t see the book store can see anything apart for my library and I’ve tried everything from restarting my phone to deleting and redownloading the app and nothing seems to work please help or advise what to do or if possible fix to on your end

and I know for sure that they do offer the services cause I have seen several of my friends and colleagues have the same Apple Books service but I don’t have it
