Mac’s disc is locked after I stayed in boot camp for too long

Please someone help me out here my Mac’s disc is locked after I stayed in boot camp for too long I guess, and now when I switch to Macintosh HD it tells me to unlock the disc and restart I get put on the same exact page over and over again, now I’m just stuck with barely any space on my boot camp partition.

Please post the exact model of your Mac. "MacBook Pro 13" is not specific enough....we need the model year as well (plus which M-series if it is an Apple Silicon Mac) which you can find by entering the system serial number on the Apple Check Coverage page I link in my previous post.

And what version of macOS were you using on this laptop as that may be important as well.

Was Filevault enabled on the macOS? If so, then I believe that is why you are being prompted for a password to unlock the internal macOS boot drive....probably because the computer is either trying to boot Windows or macOS Recovery Mode. If Filevault was enabled on macOS, then you need to enter a macOS admin password (make sure the Caps Lock key is not lit, maybe try using an external keyboard in case one of the keys is not working correctly on the built-in keyboard).

You may want to try to force a power off of the laptop by holding the power button down until the laptop shuts off. I personally like to press the Caps Lock key so its LED is lit so when it goes out I know the laptop has been powered off.

Once powered off, power on the laptop and go to the Options boot screen. How you do this depends on whether you have an Intel or Apple Silicon Mac. Use the first section "Change your startup disk once":

Select your macOS "Macintosh HD" boot volume so you can try booting directly into macOS instead of into Windows to see if this makes a difference.

FYI, in the future when posting a picture, please make sure to rotate to the proper direction so we don't have to strain ourselves to view it. You can easily rotate the picture on an iPhone or iPad using the following instructions.... there is probably a similar method for Android devices as well:
