Icloud activation issue

Hello

The problem: i got an iphone 5s with blocked icloud.

My neibhor both it on ebay few years ago, how he says he dont remeber any details from it. so basicaly there is no posibility to contack previsius owner to ask unlock it.

Is there any posibility to contact to owner via apple support. that we can discous this situation and unlock phone.

I readed many topics of jailbraking but that would be stopid to do when you buy a phone and then you still need make some magic with software and devices.

I am not sure if it would be possible to get in contact with the previous owner via Apple Support. I recommend reaching out to the owner of the Apple ID associated with the locked device. And to ask them to remove the device from their iCloud account. This approach is the best option, even if the owner is hesitant to share their Apple ID information.

I would have contacted the host a long time ago if I recognized his e-mail address, but it only shows me part of it.

Even considering the fact that the neighbor doesn't care if it gets rebuilt or not. It's like my project. It's like reviving an iPhone, but I don't want to re-flash it.

But now I'm wondering if I can find out the e-mail address of the former owner using the name or serial number.
