Hi: In MAIL, Emails get stuck in outbox for ever, no matter what I do

In MAIL, Emails get stuck in outbox, when I click "send", I get this message and the email is back at outbox:

"Verify that you have addressed this message correctly. Check your SMTP server settings in Mail preferences and verify any advanced settings with your system administrator.

The server response was: <unknown[190.153.8.191]>: Client host rejected: Access denied

Select a different outgoing mail server from the list below or click Try Later to leave the message in your Outbox until it can be sent."

As the mail is @icloud, smtp is assigned automatically and is only one account iCloud, I have try many ways to solve the problem but nothing works, I am about to erase the mail app from my Mac, but I think that in this community for sure are people with a excellent knowledge on Mac issues.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 14.2
