Change the email that is linked to my apple pay
When I purchase something using apple pay, my receipts are being sent to an email address that I no longer have access to and I need that to be changed.

Receipts are sent by the servicer of the credit card used. Apple Pay does not send receipts. In other words, if I use my American Express card for a transaction via Apple Pay, my e-receipt is from American Express, not Apple. It sounds like your bank has an old email address.
