Cannot Copy Folder to another Drive

After downloading an instrument library to my Desktop, I am trying to move it to an external drive but receive an Error -36. I have tried to copy this folder to 3 different external drives with the same result. I have restarted the Mac. I am on Ventura 13.4. I have no way of even backing this folder up. Any suggestions?
