The iPhone cannot be jailbroken remotely. Jailbreaking has to be done with the iPhone in possession physically. Did anyone have your iPhone physically for a long period of time?

Can you list out examples of why you feel that your iPhone is controlled and monitored remotely?

If you are in doubt, then you should change the password of your Apple ID by opening Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ Sign in & Security ➡️ Change Password.
