How to find downloaded files on iPhone 13 Pro?

You need to open the Files app, then click the Browse tab at the bottom of the screen.

From there, you should find files under Locations ▷ On My iPhone.

You can also find files under Favorites ▷ Downloads.

What does everyone say click on the file app then browse etc., when the file app is not there to be clicked on in the first place. Where is the file app! How do you get to it. When I search it comes up with the option to go to safari then safari send you online. It is not on the phone. Do you first have to download it from the App Store.
