i’ve just noticed recently that when i am holding my phone and pressing slightly on the left of my screen near the corner it makes a clicking sound. i turned off my phone and it still made the same sound.

If you heard the sound even after your iPhone was OFF, then there is some other assembly related issue perhaps. It is nearly impossible to resolve a hardware issue in this forum.
