I Trying to figure out how to delete more than one app at a time, even if there’s an app to do that, that would be great. Also, I have a HP stream desktop and an iPhone so are there any apps or things that I can use similarly between the two

Press and hold on an app icon to enter “jiggle mode”, them tap the ➖ on each app you want gone.
Apps cannot manage or access into other apps on iPhone, so there is no bulk-delete app, no “malware scanners”, or other such.
What an HP stream desktop is, other than maybe a hardware vendor’s name for a Windows PC, I don’t know. There is little overlap between a Windows PC and iPhone, though Windows can run iTunes and can also provide SMB file shares, and those can be useful for some iPhone requirements.
