How come the search moved from the top to the bottom of the Google Home Page overnight on my iPhone 13

From the Google home page you can press search and it take you to the Google search function and the search bar is on top of that screen. By it being on the bottom of the home screen, it blocks the news feed. i tried every setting I could think of in the iPhone 13 with no luck restoring the search tab back on top of the google home page. I checked a couple of friend's phones and theirs was on top like mine used to be. is it possible Google changed something on my account overnight? Any assistance to get it restored would be appreciated.
