Near as I can tell, you can get a free 3 month trial of Apple TV+ with a qualifying purchase of an Apple device (offer is for new subscribers).
Have you recently (within 90 days) purchased a qualifying Apple device?
Otherwise, it sounds like you might be eligible for a 7 day free trial.

OK. According to what I've found, it should just be a matter of installing the Apple TV app and then signing in with the same Apple ID.
Follow this link and then scroll down to and click on the TV section:

Download the AppleTV + app on your tv then login using the sample AppleID as your iPad and you are in business!
Yes I did get a new Apple iPad and got the 3 month free, my question was how do I view it on my TV? I can view in my iPad and desktop.
