How do I change a password for a hide my email login

The email doesn't matter. Just change the password on the whatever website/app your talking about.

hmmm, so change the password on the app / website and I’ll be prompted to update the saved password in “Hide my email”?
You won't be prompted to update the saved password in "Hide My Email". You will, however, get prompted to update it in your passwords/iCloud Keychain if you saved it there.
