24/7 care included
When I purchased a new Mac I included paying for Apple Care+
"My purchased apple care agreement includes:
You have access to 24/7 priority technical support"
Twice this week I was told 'we are closed'.
A call to Apple Care this morning had the tech telling me , we are never available after 8 pm PST.
I continue to look for clarity on this contradiction.
Any one else notice/ concerned?
