iCloud corrupted somehow?

I have a lot of errors on iCloud. Keynote and other apps often fail to load and I have to manually download, but other times certain files continually ask if I want to "Keep" them because supposedly they were deleted on another device.

I can "Keep" this file all I want, it seems to always ask. I can quit and return, so the file is properly stored or at least I can open it again but even then, it reports this error.

I get a LOT of errors, and I notice on another ticket, I have uploads and downloads in iCloud literally constantly but files are not being changed...not gigabytes of files. Why is it always using so much network and so unreliable for me?

Does anyone have suggestions or solutions? Similar problems?
