or amazon can be set to change country if you choose one outside of usa then the Change Language & Currency Settings (amazon.com) then most of the homekit enabled smartch swithces would likely support 220-240 volt ac

but as a global list of all 220volt ac supporting homekit enabled smart plugs I don't believe that exist
