Is the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio for 11 inch iPad Pro (2nd generation) compatible with the current Ipad Pro 11 inch?

Yes. All models of the iPad Pro 11" all share exactly the same physical dimensions.
That said, the first generation iPad Pro 11" had a different rear camera system - that lacked the large "island" that accommodates that latter models camera and LiDAR array. As such, accessories (such as Smart Keyboard) designed for the first generation will not necessarily fit the second/third and fourth generation models. By contrast, the Smart Keyboard for older models is compatible with all generations of the iPad Pro 11"
