Where can I make a formal request to Apple to ensure that 2024 has a lunar new year acquirable badge of the dragon?

2024 Dance Badge Requirements I have seen posts for today and also years ago indicating badge not showing for up to 9 days if at all. Must be super difficult coding issue for secretive illuminati level dance badge because everything else is immediate.

As far as I am aware there is no formal ways to do that. All I can think of is Product Feedback - Apple. That would probably be your best bet.
