If you're under 18 and want to enable app tracking on your iPhone 13, you should follow these steps:

1. Ask Parent/Guardian Permission: As a minor under 18, you will likely need permission from a parent or guardian to enable app tracking due to privacy regulations like the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. Parental Controls: Your parent or guardian can manage permissions related to app tracking through Family Sharing and Screen Time settings on their device.

3. Parent/Guardian Approval: Have your parent or guardian access the device settings, navigate to Privacy settings, and approve app tracking for your account if it's deemed appropriate.

4. Family Sharing: If your family utilizes Family Sharing, permissions and controls can be managed centrally by the family organizer.

By involving your parent or guardian in the process and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, you can potentially enable app tracking on your iPhone under the guidance of an adult. If you need further assistance or clarification, consider seeking guidance from your parent or guardian or contacting Apple Support for more information tailored to your specific situation.
