How do I find my question?

I asked a question and have further information to add.

Searching for keywords has only turned up other questions. I don’t see a way to access my posts from my profile.

How can I find it?

This question has been asked by another, but wasn't answered satisfactorily. One answer was to go to subscriptions, but that only works if I actually subbed to the thread when I posted it. I asked a question two days ago and I cannot find it.
