I don’t have access to the book store on my apple books

whenever I open the app, this is all it shows

Unable to purchase books in the new Books App I cannot find an option to purchase books using the new Books app on my iPad. My old books are listed but the bottom only shows 3 options, Reading Now, Library and Search. The Book Store and Audiobooks tabs are missing? I have reinstalled the app. UK user.
