Hello guys
i purchased iphone 15 pro max from apple store on 30 dec 2023 and its been 1 month and 13 days , my phone battery health suddenly declined to 98% . The battery cycle count are 31. Is this normal with iphone 15 or 15 pro max. I am apple user this was not with 13 pro max or nor with 14 pro max . What do you suggest that should I complain to apple ?

Your battery health is fine and is undergoing normal usage. iPhone batteries, like all rechargeable batteries, are consumable components that become less effective as they age. The battery will degrade about 1% per month on average and may be reported in sets rather than every month. You should change out the battery once your Battery Health reaches below 80% which will take over 2 years to reach under normal usage. Until then enjoy your iPhone.
