Apple Watch Ultra Burns my wrist without being hot.

So I stared wearing the Apple Watch daily for a while after buying it new. Noticed it was burning my wrist where the glass is and making my skin hard and red in a small area. I stopped wearing it daily and only wore it when walking to dinner (for the steps) and sleep (for the sleep tracking). Then couldn't even wear it out and ONLY started to wear it to sleep. It got so bad that I had to pull it off first thing in the morning and then the burning got even WORSE to the point where I had to just stop wearing it altogether. I at this point contacted apple and they basically said "nothing we can do, you should maybe give the watch to a family member since you don't like it". I asked why I would subject a family member to this torture and he responded saying that it's up to me but there nothing apple will do about it.

My skin isn't really red like other posters it's just hard and very sensitive to the touch. None of my other watches have ever done this and I have several that I've worn long term. A lot of them have sapphire casebacks that sit directly on my skin so this isn't an airflow issue.

Checking online I see other people have this issue.. Is Apple helping anyone? Doing anything for others?
