I'm not sure what a hat is, but if you want to delete WhatsApp on your iPhone, make sure you go into the app and backup your chats before you remove the app. When you reinstall it, as long as your chats are backed up, and you sign back in with the same ID and password, you can restore your chats.

You will need to contact WhatsApp for help with their software, this is not an Apple product.
