If this is an Intel architecture Air, neither we, nor Apple support a dual-boot Windows/macOS installation.
If this is an Intel Mac you would need to use an app like Parallels and then install Win10 in that app. If you have a Silicon Mac then you would need Win11 ARM version and Parallels
