App labeled xx on iPhone

While scrolling through my downloads I noticed one labeled xx what is this? Can I delete it? Should I delete it?

I am in the United States and the app name is Baurechner. I have checked all of my app purchases to make sure I didn't accidentally download the app and It was not listed in my application list via app store or online. So I searched for the app in the app store and it doesn't even show up as an app. I have no idea where it came from or if its malicious. I want to get rid of it but I don't know how because It is not even in my settings at all. Anyone else have any idea how this may have happened? Do I need to change my apple ID password? How can I delete it? Thanks in advance.
