That depends on what you mean by “on Apple” …
DirecTV has an app for the Apple TV box. Comcast Xfinity has an app for the Apple TV box. So do several other cable and satellite TV providers. You would then still need a separate subscription plan with one of them.
A couple of internet streaming TV providers offer plans for a package of channels, as alternative for cable or satellite, each through their own app: Hulu Live, YouTube TV, Sling TV, DirecTV Stream, Philo TV, FuboTV.
Paramount+ has some linear/live programming as well (from CBS).
None of these are included with an Apple TV+ subscription, if that is what you were thinking.
