Apple Vision Pro does not support Celsius. There’s no control for units anywhere in Settings.
Yes. I am aware the device is only available in the USA for now.
I will ask if anyone has a workaround and am aware someone will now tell me the device is only available in the USA.

In theory Siri, should be able to provide the temperature in centigrade if asked specifically for it.
Otherwise, it can also just convert it if you ask.
Also, there is no Weather App in the Vision Pro.

Actually, it does not.
Weather apps on current iOS devices all have their own units settings. The Weather Channel, Accuweather, Weather++ etc.. all have a setting for that directly in the App.
Even Apple's own Weather app has its own units setting which is not tied to the device's regional settings.
Having it tied to the overall device regional settings is a bad idea, because it would prevent you from changing it when you want to. Or having your device set to one region, while actually seeing information in units from a different one.
Its a better experience overall to have the units switch directly in the app, rather than having to go to Settings to change it and change every other app in the process.

Every single application on the Vision Pro inherits the setting from the system. I don’t use Fahrenheit, like 95% of the planet. I therefore have no way of setting any weather app or Calendar that displays the weather, or asking Siri, to provide the temperature in a format, I understand.

I guess it's just an early platform and region / units support is just entirely excluded from visionOS 1.x. It's just a surprising choice from where I sit, but obviously I have no idea what compromises the visionOS team had to make to ship the thing.
That said, it feels very Apple-y to purposefully make the device hard to use outside the US, for reasons.
